First Half 2024 Operations and Finance Summary
It all begins with an idea.
In the bi-monthly Board of Directors meeting in July, finacial summary of year to date operations were shared. As of end of June 2024, $87,820 of income was generated and $66,486 of expenses were incurred.
Throughout the last 2 months of 2023 and 1st half of 2024, KAASD organized multiple comunity and cultural events such as KAASD new president innaugration, March 1 remembrance, Memorial Day event, Korea general elections, KAASD office remodel and golf tournament. In addition, executive staff and the members of BoD attended and supported many affiliated organization events.
First half of 2024 also marked the development of implementation of multipoint organization development growth strategic plans rooted in core staff and board appointments, cooperation with local and national sister and affiliated organizations, improved communication and awareness building and enhance organization controls and management processes.
